Intro to Roundups
Link roundups are one of the few formats where site owners are actively looking for things to link to. This campaign finds them, and takes about a minute to set up. It also shows you a quick Google test to run first, so you know whether roundups are worth chasing in your niche before you spend a search on them.
Let's take a look at how to set up a round-up campaign. Now, for this campaign, there is also a minimum of three keywords and a maximum of eight, and the more keywords you add, the more you can maximize your search potential. Now, by design, this campaign type is already looking for the term round-up whenever you're searching for content, so we do not need to include that term in our actual keyword. For example, if I were to use a keyword like this where I'm actually mentioning the term round-up, we will get a warning. So the keywords that I'm using here are more broad, where weekly or monthly round-ups are more common.
Now, as a quick tip, if you're not sure whether round-ups are popular in your niche, you can actually head quickly over to Google and run a quick search, just using search operators. For example, web design plus weekly round-up, and look at how much content comes back. If you're seeing a little less, then that will be very similar to what we will find in the system. But of course, if you're working in a very popular niche, round-ups are going to be much more common. For any questions related to round-ups, just chat with our support team.
