The AI Assistant Settings To Add Spice to Your Templates

Let's play around with the AI Template Assistant. It's a really good way to get a great base for your email. That's not typical Link Builder and that can spark up a conversation with a prospect instead of having to pay for all the links because it's such a transactional, generic email. So I click on the AI Template Assistant here, which is basically a mini Bibi bot. And you can choose the type of template here, so I'm going to choose Pitch Template and I'm going to choose guest post based on topic. So first you have to tell the AI what kind of topic you generally want to pitch.

So first I'm going to choose the pitch topic, which is travel because that aligns with a lot of the prospects in the RV campaign. You can even choose to have the AI create an article outline for you, but I'm not going to do that. I'm going to choose to have it write in a voice because that's a way to create a less generic email with more flavor and personality. One of the voices that I really like is Samantha Irby. She's a really, really great copywriter. She's funny and relatable and creative, so that really helps. Yes, I want to add a joke to it just to have a warm opening.

And I want the jokes to be about nihilism because one thing when you gaze at the stars is that you feel very, very small. Joke type, you have a lot of different joke types and I'm going to go with self deprecating because it's usually very charming when you can laugh about yourself. I'm not going to include emojis because I think that's a little bit too much with all the jokes and everything else going on. And here I can give some additional instructions. So I normally do three pitches. So what I said here is keep the email short and concise. Start with a shower thought on, let's do galaxies.

Pitch three topics, stargazing on an RV. Seven things that transform your mind when traveling. Say it's a little bit too long, so I have to shorten it. Transformative things when traveling. Traveling with kids and astrophotography. So let's see what Pitchbox AI makes of this. And here you can see the results. So the subject line is a twinkle in our travel tales. Hi first name. Ever think about how as a society we're pretty insignificant in a cosmic scale of things? Then you decide to go stargazing and still feel insignificant. But at least now you've got a pretty view.

Now shifting from existential dread to something a bit more uplifting, I've got a few travel post ideas that might just light up your blog like the constellations light up our nihilistic thoughts. One, stargazing guide for a nomadic soul. How to plan the perfect RV trip under the stars. Two, sustainable gear for the celestial observer. A responsible approach to stargazing. Three, galaxy quest with the younglings. Blending travel, kids and astrophotography. Each piece promises to blend practical advice with a hint of humor to keep your readers engaged and planning their next adventure under the open sky.

If any of these topics catch your eye like a shooting star, let me know. And I can get to work on crafting a story that fits seamlessly into the constellation of content you've created on your platform. Looking forward to potentially adding a little starlight to your blog. Best. And then the signature name. And then the email signature. So I think this is a pretty good start. I would play around with, you know, adding or removing more elements. It's a little bit long. So I would probably shorten it. There are some parts in the email that are a little bit link buildery, a little bit fluffy.

So I would definitely edit some stuff out. So for instance, looking forward that that's well, not typically link builder, but it's kind of like corporate speak or typical email speak. So I would change that up with something. You can have an AI tool next to you to do quickly rewrite of these parts. And I would also not do a complimentary close like best because it's, it's a really nice, warm, engaging email. And to end it with best seems kind of like cold and abrupt. So I would prompt a separate AI tool maybe for different complimentary close. But you can also play with giving it more instructions on the left because it will definitely take those instructions on board.

But overall it's good. It's a good opener. It really opens up the conversation and it's interesting. But it's up to you to find out what is the best way to use all these settings to get something that really aligns with, you know, how you want to email people.
