The fastest way to write a pitch someone accepts is to read what they already publish. Bibi opens prospect sites one by one, notes the topics they actually cover, then hands that list to AI to expand into titles at different levels and in different voices. What you offer stops being what you want to write and starts being what they were going to publish anyway.

So, how I start my content ideation for all guest post pitches is to first look at some of the prospects and note down what kind of topics they talk about. So if you look at, for instance, at this campaign, the Stargazing astrophotography, I've moved some of these sites into the personalization phase, it's just kind of like a first selection and I'm going to open them up and see what they talk about. So they were found on the terms around astrophotography or they're like a Stargazing app, but they could be talking about other topics as well. So I have to make sure that I'm pitching something that's useful for them.

So let's look at some of the topics that this site, for instance, talks about. So they talk about astrophotography and I've put that in here already, but there might be some other topics where I might be able to bridge the relevancy between the target page and the topics that this audience is interested in. So if we look at some more photography things, wedding photography, yeah, not so much. Maybe something about travel could be interesting. So let's see, okay, the pros and cons of travel tripods. Travel photography, all right, yeah. So I'm going to add travel photography to this as well and okay, I'm going to switch to another site.

I might take some more time to look at this, but for the video, I want to do a little bit shorter. Let me see, gear locations, oh cheat sheets. That's interesting. Travel photography as well, just going to take this title maybe and put it in here. And maybe something about locations or it could be something because they were talking about locations, but I also like this cheat sheets. So this is something that I could pitch to other sites, photography cheat sheets. And I could make it specific for travel photography or for astrophotography. So cheat sheets to here.

It seems like it's a little bit chaotic, but this is one of the ways that I do come up with a lot of topics, but there are more automatic ways to do this. You could scrape the titles and then have AI rewrite them or something like that. Let me also look through an article around astrophotography because it could be another topic that you could pitch. So here they talk about the tripod, remote shutter release. So this is all about the gear, camera settings, that could be interesting. So I would go through these articles and through these sites to see what kind of stuff they talk about.

So here, for instance, they have a blog, photo course, so that could be interesting. So I could talk about photo courses for astrophotography that goes a little bit beyond the relevancy for the target page, but usually I filter through the titles that I get at the end to remove the ones that really wouldn't be relevant. Light pollution and find dark locations. So this could be interesting. Light pollution could also maybe tie into something like the energy. So this gives you a little bit of an idea for the topics for pitches and it also teaches you a little bit more about the niche.

So it's really good to go into it. And here, this is just, yeah, this is really a site about astro astronomy or, you know, the sky, astronomy for beginners, astronomy, DIY, that's kind of interesting. Wow, yeah. So from this, I can also think about how to make like a DIY setup for when you're traveling, the set up for photography, photography, when you're on the road, something like this, I'm not going to care about typing. Yeah, so I usually spend some time looking through these sites, and then I have some topics here. And then what I do is that I take all of these and there might be some words in there that I need to delete.

So like this avoid thing, I'm copying this, and then I'm going to go to AI. And of course, there are a lot of different models, but I like to use them all at once because it's sometimes different from where I get the most, the best results from. So here is a per inflection, that's an AI. And I also work with Gemini and ChatGPT. And then there's also perplexity, that's another one. So let's see what Pi does for me, Pi is from inflection. I made 10 informative blog titles around the following topics. Okay, let's see, check posting here. And yeah, you can already see that it has a little bit of AI cheese is what I call AI cheese in it.

So I might have to change some of this up. For instance, mastering ISO photography, it's a little bit of AI cheese, AI cheese is words that I use a lot or form formulas that I use a lot. But I think most of these are pretty okay. So I would probably just take these because I'm going to filter through this later on. And then let me see, put them in here or in a sheet, whatever you want. Now I'm going to say rewrite these into titles that start with how to, just because I want a different formula, not everything the same. Yeah, so it's still a little bit the same because it does this one, two punch, you know, with the semicolon here, but it's okay, I can work with AI and change it enough because you want to offer people a varied selection of titles, not just around the topic, but also around the formulas, because not everyone likes the same things, right?

And let me see, some of these, of course, don't really make sense. So for instance, this one, how to use travel photography cheat sheet, so you really have to go through your titles to delete the ones that wouldn't work. But AI already has done a lot of the work for you. And you can also do it in a specific style. So let me first just expand a little bit. So what I'm going to do is list 10 advanced topics around astro photography and traveling. So I added the traveling because I really wanted it to be relevant to people traveling things, because I would tie into the RV thing.

I could also say, make it more about RV and make it more about solar panels. And that would definitely fit into the mix. The only issue with that a little bit could be that it would be very clear that there was a self-serving purpose of that type of guest post, not just not necessarily RV aspect, but the solar panel aspect. And that lowers the chance of getting a free guest post. At the same time, it would be more directly relevant. So I would definitely add those types of titles as well. So here you can see a little bit more advanced topics, some things I really don't know.

So I really like this one, by the way, so that's kind of cool. So yeah, I would add these and you can also ask this. So rewrite them in the style of, and then you can choose somebody's style. So I'm going to ask for the style of Neil deGrasse Tyson, not sure what's going to happen, but just play around with it because it can give you really cool changes, cool style switches. So it sounds a little bit more inspirational, I think, or a little bit more epic. So I could use these titles as well. You can also make it more funny. So rewrite it, Irby, who's a really funny copywriter.

But then it can get a little bit weird, maybe, too weird for some of the prospects. Because sometimes you need to take pictures of things that are stupidly far away. I think it's funny, but I don't know if that will work for an audience. And now I'm going to say now create titles that are more dry and neutral and relevant for an audience that are free to travel and skies, let's see. Yeah, so here you see, these are some really cool, some of these are really cool titles. So I would definitely copy all of them and then put them in your doc and then start looking through which ones are still within their relevancy and which ones would work for these types of prospects.

All right, so that's how I use AI. I didn't end up using the other AI models because Inflection did a really good job. But you can definitely, if one model doesn't work, then try another model.
