Your target page is about calendar templates. Your prospect writes for freelancers. AI is unusually good at finding the ground those two share, if you ask it in the right order: shared topics first, then sub-topics, then titles. Bibi runs the whole chain live across several models and shows where each one stops listening.
I want to show you another way of doing the content ideation for guest posts where you only use AI. Of course you have to keep your critical brain on because AI doesn't know everything. So make sure that you do go through the pitches after to delete the ones that are not suitable. So if we take the example of ClickUp and one of the target pages that I picked in the beginning was around Google Calendar templates. And the cool thing is, is that during the recording of this video, ClickUp added actually another page. So I think they knew that they could grow a little bit more around a topic.
And they're offering a 10 free Google Calendar templates to stay organized at work. Right. So let's say that this is the target page and you want to create guest post pitches content ideas that would be relevant to these people that are using these Google Calendar templates and the audience of your link prospects. So what I would first do is always look at the target page. They're talking about a marketing calendar, a Google Docs daily planner, a nonprofit organization payroll templates, personal training calendar, and there are 10 alternatives as well.
And that those are things that are within ClickUp. Right. So that's where they convert the sales. So let's look at the prospects in our campaign. So these are either freelance platform companies, or they're companies that talk about freelance platform solutions. So you have to keep it in mind when you're trying to bridge the relevancy between the target page and the site that you're pitching to. So let's look at marketing calendar, which has to do with content marketing and your editorial calendar. And what I'm going to do is try a couple of different AIs if they can come up with blog titles.
So let's look at Gemini. Can you list topics that are relevant to both marketing calendars and freelancers, freelance businesses? Let's put it that way. Because the freelance platform companies or companies that talk about that, their audience is freelancers, or actually people looking to hire freelancers, of course. So of course, there's content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, well, all kinds of marketing, right? SEO. So now I'm going to ask, can you list for each topic, can you list an advanced sub topic? Sure. So I kind of want to have it short and not have to have all these images.
Yeah. So here you can see within content marketing, there's content strategy for different stages of the buyer's journey, leveraging social media communities, email marketing, automation. So these are all great topics. So what I can ask is for each sub topic, create a blog title for an advanced audience. And I could maybe give some more specification, getting blog title, and I can say in the style of Content Marketing Institute, I think that's the site. Yes. Here you can see beyond awareness, mapping content to the buyer's journey, community powerhouse, how to leverage, but I do think it's all very cheesy AI.
So I'm going to ask him to rewrite it, rewrite them in the style of Irby. So you think you're making content, how to actually help people and not just waste everyone's time. I think that's really interesting. It's definitely a style choice, right? I don't think all of these are useful. But some could be really interesting to mix in with your more dry title. So I could also ask for something dry and then start, you know, combining these because what you want to offer your prospects is a varied buffet of very literal titles, different title formats, but also different topics and different levels in expertise.
So you want to have some beginner titles and some more advanced. But I like this one. I think that's cool. This is a little bit too much out there. Yeah, so I would definitely use a couple of these. And now I'm going to ask rewrite them in a more neutral tone. And it's probably going to go back to the cheesy stuff. Yeah, it's going to go back to cheese stuff. So I would ask to change them into a title that starts with a number. Let's see. Yeah. So five stages and the impact content mapping for the buyer's journey. It's still doing the semi-colon thing, but it's okay.
It's not too bad. So what I did here to recap is that I asked the AI to bridge the relevancy between the two topics, to list topics that are relevant to both, right? And then to under those topics, create some sub topics. And for each sub topic, create a title. And I did it in a very small batch, but you can do it in way bigger batches. So let's look at the inflection because I'm going to try something similar, but a little bit different. So I'm going to ask inflection. Let's see. So here we go. Okay, on this specific needs scheduling, time management, content planning.
So these are a little bit different, right? Then the other thing for each need list five pain points, you can mix it up a bit. And you can also go back for each of these, you can have AI create a title, right? Difficulty core in multiple projects and deadlines. So now we're getting a little bit further away from the direct topics, the, you know, the calendar and the and the freelancer platform, but it's still all very relevant to that audience. So it definitely mix in these, these type of topics into your other topics. So you have a very rich buffet to offer.
So this is quite a bit. So I'm going to ask for each of these points, create an informative, insightful blog title in the style of Mark Manson. That's going to be very weird, but let's see. I, I do, oh, you're overbooked schedule. All right. Budgeting BS. Okay. This is, this is, this got really weird, but you learn to kick ass, how embracing, in case you live up your... yeah, not really a fan of this. All right. So it's looking a little bit cheesy. I'm, I'm seeing some things that are kind of AI ish. So for instance, the art off. So you can still mix those titles in, but I would, I would maybe try and change some of them into into a different phrasing.
Another way that you can use AI to come up with topics is to use something that's to use some terms that define how relevant something is. So you can do this list, tangential topics to content calendar and for an audience of freelancers. This looks a little bit the same as the other one. But what I do like is that that it did just a list and nothing else, right? For each list a sub topic that's specific for, for very experienced freelancers. Sub topic, advanced time blocking strategies for maximizing productivity. Let me see handling complex client scenarios with confidence and professionalism.
I like these. These are good. I think if I look at these because they're quite long, I think this could easily be changed into title. So I could just for every sub topic, I could give a number, right? For each sub topic, add a number. Let me see if that works. No, that didn't work. For each sub topic, create a title that starts with a number. Yeah, so it's not listening here. So in this case, I would just, I have it sometimes with ChatGPT, especially that it won't listen. So what I would do, that is just ask for a simple list of these sub topics and then just add your own number to it.
So whatever method works for you and whatever AI use, I would just stop when it starts being really annoying and then switch to another AI or change it however you want. All right. So there's a lot more AI to play with, but this is how you can use it without having to look at a lot of sites.
